Weight bearing exercises not only maintain, but can help improve bone density. Various fitness equipment is used to provide strength training exercises, and some portions are done on the floor. Please read below for details & important updates.

COVID-19 Updates & Modifications:

  • Located inside the Gary Dove Memorial Building at Brower Park.
  • No cost online advanced registration only here under the Adult Programs tab.
  • Maximum of 9 per class due to social distance requirements.
  • Please do not arrive early; please exit immediately following class.
  • Face coverings MUST be worn at all times until exercise begins & again at exercise conclusion.
  • Hand sanitizer must be used up entry and exit.
  • All equipment MUST be cleaned using provided wipes.
  • We strongly encourage bringing your own weights and resistance tube if you have one or both.
  • You MUST bring your own mat.
  • Participants must stay within their exercise square marked on the floor.
