Change of Meeting Time

PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Commissioners for the Town of Hope Mills amended the schedule of regular meetings, changing the time from 7:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. beginning with the November 3, 2008 regular meeting.

The Board of Commissioners meetings are held at the Town Hall, Bill Luther Board Meeting Room, 5770 Rockfish Road, Hope Mills, the first and third Monday of each month.

The Hope Mills Recreation Center will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday from Thursday, November 27, 2008 through Sunday, November 30, 2008.  All programs and activities scheduled for Friday the 28th and Saturday the 29th have been cancelled, including the children’s self defense class on Saturday. The center will re-open at 8:00AM on Monday, December 1, 2008.
