35. The Town of Hope Mills Ordinances set start work and stop work hours. Work is allowed between the hours of 7:00 am and sunset on weekdays and Saturdays.

 

36. The Town of Hope Mills receives calls at (910) 424-4555 and does utilize an automated attendant. When the attendant responds, press “O” for the operator, an operator will answer and you may request to speak to the party you are calling. If one listens to the attendant she will guide you to an alphabetical directory which will allow you to dial a person by name or if you know your party’s extension, press the numbers in when the attendant directs you to.

38. All meetings of the Town Board of Commissioners are open public meetings and may be attended by any citizen. Citizens with concerns are welcome to address the Board and a sign-up sheet is made available so that at the designated public speaking time any concerned person may step to the microphone and voice their concerns to the Mayor and Board of Commissioners.
