A high energy, more fast paced, cardio class designed for those 55+ that have been exercising regularly; not recommended for beginners. The class incorporates cardio, strength training & some stretching. Please bring water & wear close toe, rubber sole footwear. This is not a drop-in class; pre-registration is required to attend.
