A dynamic fitness class designed for a diverse population ages 55+. The class incorporates cardio, strength training & stretching. Chairs are provided for seated & standing support. Please bring water & wear close toe, rubber sole footwear. Please read below for details & important updates.
COVID-19 Updates & Modifications:
- Located inside the Gary Dove Memorial Building at Brower Park.
- No cost online advanced registration only here under the Adult Programs tab.
- Maximum of 9 per class due to social distance requirements.
- Please do not arrive early; please exit immediately following class.
- Face coverings MUST be worn at all times including during exercise.
- Hand sanitizer must be used up entry and exit.
- All equipment MUST be cleaned using provided wipes.
- We strongly encourage bringing your own weights and resistance tube if you have one or both.
- Participants must stay within their exercise square marked on the floor.
